Shipping policy
Electrobotic ships its products to all parts of India, with a few exceptions. Once we receive your order, it will be shipped within 24 to 48 working hours, subject to stock availability. We ship products on all days except weekends, national holidays, and regional holidays that coincide with the warehouse location from which the product is being shipped.
Our products are being sold on other major e-commerce platforms too, and the product inventory is synchronized across all these platforms. Therefore, if we receive an order for the same item from another platform before your order, there is a possibility of delay if the stock is depleted, or you may need to wait until we replenish the stock.

These shipping charges applicable are not refundable in the case of return/cancellation of the product or the order. Electrobotic brings out different kinds of offers in an attempt to satisfy customers, every now and then. Various offers could be introduced for a limited span of time that enable free shipping of goods, subject to the fulfilment of the terms and conditions attached to the offer.
CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
For all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a customer service representative from Electrobotic will verify the order by calling the registered number associated with the order. Additionally, a verification attempt will also be made through WhatsApp. Electrobotic will make three(3) such verification attempts. If the order remains unverified after three days from the order date, it will be deemed as cancelled.
Once receiving the notification containing the tracking details, it is necessary for you to monitor the movement of your order. Please ensure that you are available to receive the item on the scheduled day of delivery. In the event that you are unavailable, kindly make necessary arrangements for someone else to receive the order on your behalf.
Customer who has placed order using a shipping method Cash on Delivery (COD) must make payment upon receipt of the order. Our courier person will only deliver a sealed package and will not wait at your doorstep to allow customers to open the box. The delivery person is solely responsible for delivering a sealed package. You are required to hand over the cash to them immediately upon receiving your parcel.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 5 to 7 business days of shipping (business days exclude Weekends and other holidays). However items weighing over 2 kilos or high volume may take a couple of days longer to reach.
The delivery date provided in the order confirmation email are tentative. It may change once the order is shipped.
Electrobotic tries to provide the best customer experience possible by delivering the products as per the Estimated Delivery Date communicated as above. However, at times there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control for which Electrobotic is not liable and would request its users to cooperate as Electrobotic continuously tries to nought such instances. Also, Electrobotic reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than usual delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable.
TRACKING PACKAGE
We will mail you the name of the courier company and the tracking number of your consignment in your registered email address. In case you do not receive a mail from us within 24hrs of placing an order please check your spam folder. Tracking may not appear online for up to another 24 hours in some cases, so please wait until your package is scanned by the courier company.
NON-AVAILABILITY ON DELIVERY
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package twice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.
For any instances of non-receipt of the order, it is imperative that you inform us as early as possible. The sooner we are notified, the better we can assist you in resolving any queries pertaining to your order. Please note that if the delivery date has passed and you have not informed us or the courier company, Electrobotic cannot be held liable for any losses or damages incurred.
