Refund policy

Thank you for purchasing products at electrobotic.in. We hope you are happy with your purchase.
However, if one or more of the products you received shows quality issues, or you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you're welcome to contact us at ecommerce@electrobotic.in or 9104161995, we would be happy to resolve your query.

We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange if there is any issue.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 
To start a return, you can contact us at ecommerce@electrobotic.in or 9104161995. If your return is accepted, you have to post it back to us with a recorded courier. If items are lost while being returned, we will not be able to assist you. We recommend that you select a tracked shipping method to return the products. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds: 

Transaction fee charges 6% would not be refunded/reversed under any circumstances for any refund/reversal/chargeback and any other reasons.

If the returned item is damaged or not in its original condition, the refund amount shall be determined at our sole discretion and may vary depending on the condition of the item, as determined by our QC department.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any changes to these terms and conditions constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Understanding nonrefundable fees (Prepaid order)

We understand that circumstances can change, so we have made it easy for you to cancel your prepaid order by simply giving us a call. If you inform us before we have shipped it from our end, you can cancel the order by contacting us directly. However, please note that in this type of cancellation, a small fee will still be charged. This fee is in accordance with the policies of Razorpay. According to the policy, a fixed nonrefundable charge of 2% is applicable and a packaging charge of 3% will be deducted from any refund based on the total order amount, along with 18% GST. Unfortunately, we do not have control over these charges and are unable to provide a refund for it. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Partial COD (Cash on Delivery) Policy

If the customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery, or the order is returned due to:

  • refusal to accept,
  • unavailability of the customer,
  • incorrect address, or
  • any other reason attributable to the customer,

then:

👉 The advance (partial payment) amount will be  non-refundable.

This is because logistics, handling, and shipping costs are incurred in processing and dispatching your order.
